A beautiful and functional mid century vintage folding side table, made by Valtray and stamped with Patent No. 541720. This clever British design dates to the 1950's – 1960's, featuring two removable round trays and a tripod folding frame that allows the entire piece to collapse neatly for storage.
Crafted from warm, honey-toned hardwood with darker stained trays, this table has a sculptural, understated mid century profile that works perfectly in contemporary interiors. Both trays sit securely on raised pegs and the frame folds smoothly as intended. Overall nice condition, with some minor age related marks, consistent with age. Diameter of trays: 63 cm
